Sliding scale rates

A limited number of income-based reduced rates are available for individual and group therapy clients. Please let me know if you need to request a reduced rate at time of consultation. Sliding scale is what you can pay between 75-150 per 50-minute individual session.

Insurance

I’m in-network with Aetna, Anthem (Maine), Point 32, Cigna, United, Carelon, Quest, Oxford, Oscar, Highmark, Horizon, Regence and Independence Blue Cross. For out-of-network provider reimbursement from other insurance carriers, I can provide superbills.

Cancelation policy

If you’re unable to attend a session, please contact me at least 48 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment. Cancelations and no shows within the 48 hour period will be charged $100.
